PS-08 Routine Service of Aspirating Smoke Detectors (ASDs) with automated test facilities

FPA Australia has prepared this Position Statement to:

• Inform industry of new developments and methods for the testing and monitoring of ASDs and sampling pipe networks; and


• Identify the minimum requirements needed for ASDs with automated test facilities to meet the functional requirements of Clause G9 of AS 1851-2012.
