I hereby agree and declare that the renewing individual is still at this appropriate level of membership in accordance with the membership structure of FPA Australia as outlined at http://www.fpaa.com.au/members/index.php?member=details.

I also delare that I will abide by the terms and conditions of membership as outlined at http://www.fpaa.com.au/members/index.php?member=details.

If for any reason through the year my membership level changes, I agree I will notify FPA Australia and adjust my membership level accordingly.
